1. Introduction

1.1 These terms & conditions set out the terms between the customer “yourself” and “us” the website owner “argaoilsouira.com”.

1.2 The use of this website and any services / goods offered for sale constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions in full.

1.3 The products for sale on this website include but are not limited to Argan oil and skincare products.

1.4 You should not use this website if you do not accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Customer Information

2.1 You should always check that the contact information you provide is correct before creating a customer account, joining our mailing list or proceeding to payment option.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining your own username and password, where required to access your customer account. You should ensure that you safely store your username and password.
This information is not provided to any third parties.

2.3 As a customer you are responsible for your customer account and actions taken within it.
If you are aware or suspect that your customer account username and password or other details have become known to a third party, you should inform us immediately.

3. Product Pricing and Title Listing

3.1 We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct.
However, if an error has occurred in the pricing of a product, we reserve the right to cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or any refunds due.

3.2 We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.

3.3 We reserve the right to keep all items until we have received and processed a valid payment.
Once this payment has been cleared and authorised we will despatch the item to the customer.

4. Placing Your Order

4.1 When you place an order from our website you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order placement.

4.2 Your order is then placed on hold, and then processed further subject to stock availability.
Once the payment has been authorised and goods are ready for despatch your order status will change to shipped.

4.3 Product items not included within the dispatch email are not included in the order and contract between the customer and seller.

4.4 We reserve the right to delay or refuse transactions when a transaction contains incomplete details or when the payment method cannot be verified or fraudulent transactions.

4.5 Any refunds issued to the customer will be only via the same method used as the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Customs Duty

5.1 All orders received by us are shipped subject to stock availability.

5.2 We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase date) when the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase.
In this situation you will be contacted via email and offered a full refund instead or option to hold order on back order.

5.3 We cannot be held responsible for any disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control.
If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery another shipping courier company or a full refund provided the item is located and not in transit.
Refunds can only be given once the product has been returned back to our company.

5.4 If you are ordering a product from outside the UK the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties, taxation or any tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped.
Any actions by your local custom authorities when entering the destination country is not our responsibility.
If this problem does occur you can contact us and we will try our best to update you on the status of the item.

6. Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds

6.1 Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase.
However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) within 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods.

6.2 As stated above notification of cancellation must be in writing (email or letter).

6.3 No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
Some of our items (please check item listing description) have a money back guarantee provided the item is briefly tested (3ml usage) and if the customer is not happy then you must contact us in writing clearly explaining the reason for refund.

6.4 Any products to be returned must be done so in the same condition that you received them.

6.5 Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:

6.5.1 Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

6.5.2 If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect reason for return.

6.5.3 Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product.

6.6 If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us.

6.7 You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
We are only responsible if we have sold you an incorrect item that is different to your original order statement.

6.8 We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.

6.9 We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.

6.10 Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.

6.11 If you fail to return a product to us, we may make arrangements to have the product collected from you.
The cost of this collection will be transferred for you to pay.

6.12 Unused products may be returned promptly by customers to our address listed at the end of these terms and conditions.

6.13 Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within fourteen days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product.

7. Customer Complaints

We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within seven working days.

8. Events outside Our Control

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of god, war, civil disorder or industrial dispute.

9. Copyright

All content including graphics, buttons, icons, logos, are our copyright, unless expressly acknowledged as otherwise.

10. Third Party Links

We use hyperlinks on our website which are owned and operated by third parties.
These links are only for your convenience and when you activate a link you will leave our company website.
We have no control over third party websites and accept no responsibility or liability for their contact, products or services or for any loss or damage that may arise from using them.

11. Law

The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to assign our rights and also our obligations under these terms and conditions, without giving notice to you.
This right of assignment shall only apply to us and shall not apply to you in any way.
